If Great Impressions makes an error in printing your envelopes, we will take full responsibility. This includes any mistakes related to the design, text, or other print specifications provided by the client.

Our Promise:

Full Replacement: We will reprint your order at no additional cost to you, ensuring the corrections are made promptly.
Full Refund: If a reprint is not feasible, we will refund the full amount paid for the order, including any delivery costs.

Cancellation Policy

Before Printing: If you wish to cancel your order before printing has commenced, you may do so without any penalties. Please contact us immediately to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.

After Printing: Once printing has started, cancellations are no longer possible. However, we will work with you to find the best solution if there is an issue with your order.

Delivery Issues

In the rare case that your order is damaged during delivery or does not arrive as expected, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the damaged items or provide a full refund, including the delivery costs.
